Your online dating profile is the first glimpse into you that your prospective dates get. It is the first, and it could be the last if you write a boring and typical profile like 99% of people out there. You, however, have an advantage over all those average Joe’s out there – you are reading this article! So here are some can’t miss tips on how to write a great, eye catching and attractive online dating profile that will be sure to land you the date you have been looking for.

1. Don’t ever be “Mr. Lonely”. You want to trigger attraction online without the physical aspect – you do not trigger attraction by playing the poor me’s, you do it by accentuating your strengths and attributes. Tell the single women out there what a catch you are by outlining your great characteristics in a confident and no-BS way. Take your strengths and showcase them in your profile or online and then COMBINE them with a vision of romance that paints a picture of a life that’s more exciting than the life she’s living. This shows her that you are not only a man who knows who he is, but also a man who knows how to truly discover the inner core of a woman. Communicating to women on this level drives them absolutely CRAZY… and you need to try it out.

2. Create an exciting life! Don’t have one, make one. You are not going to meet a fantastic, interesting, single man or woman if you present your life as dull and ho-hum. Remember, they are looking for a little excitement too. So step out of your comfort zone and DO something adventurous – skydive, rappel, go bungee jumping – do something that’s “radical” and BOLD. Now you have a very interesting experience you can talk about, not only online in your profile or in a singles place, but with anyone!

3. Show them your confidence. Every guy has things about him that are attractive to single woman. The only problem is we usually don’t know what they are. If you do know, can you communicate your attractive qualities in a way that AMPLIFIES or MAGNIFIES them? When trying to meet women online – don’t use weak phrases like “some people say I’m…” or “I’m sort of…” Instead, demonstrate that you’re a man who knows who you are by describing yourself in strong, concise terms. Don’t exaggerate… but don’t be a wuss either.

4. Expand your “Self”. Here’s another killer dating tip for meeting women or men online. Do not get stuck defining yourself as the “Nature Lover”, the “Clubber” or the “Bookworm”. Why? Because once you do that, much of the MYSTERY is gone… and she just won’t be as interested. That is one of the basic laws of attraction, whether you are meeting women online or in person.

5. Show your sensual side. Every woman wants a man who appreciates the sensual side of things. A single man who is “in touch” can ignite powerful, passionate feelings inside of a woman. But if you’ve ever done any “reconnaissance” online and read other guys’ profiles – I’m sure you’ve seen that most men have NO CLUE about how to attract women… let alone “ignite feelings” in a woman who they are trying to meet. Lucky you!

So how do you do this? Well unfortunately, you can’t just TELL a woman directly “Oh, I can make you feel great.” You can do this so easily with the right words, whether you are meeting women online or whispering them in her ear. To do this in an online dating or singles arena, simply use vivid details. For instance, if you talk about the food you enjoy, don’t just say you like fine wine… talk about how you love how a fine wine releases intoxicating aromas as it rolls around in your mouth. If you talk about a walk in the woods, don’t just say you like walking on through the woods – describe in detail how you love the scent of the unsullied air or the sounds of the wind teasing the leaves the trees. Use sensual words like full, ripe, supple, harmonious, sway, grace, tender, etc. When you use words like these, although you’re not talking directly about sex… you send a strong message that you know how to make a woman feel these erotic yet subtle feelings.

Volcano vacations: fun-filled and exciting! Adventure trips are fun and some people like to go on such trips over and over again. You may be a fun loving and adventurous person and thus you may have gone for the cruises in Alaska or for the freefall skydive in Gananoque. Trad climbing and scaling the Matterhorn is also equally exciting. So what if you have done all this, and want to do something different now. Well, try visiting a volcano. It is quite an experience in itself. Many families visit the volcanoes every year! So it does not take too much of courage!

Santorini Volcano:

This place is located close to Apronnisi and Thirasia islands. These islands were actually a part of this Greek island till 1650 B.C. till a explosion separated them. This is quite a popular tourist spot.

You may need to take a donkey ride or a gondola trip to reach the volcano top. These volcanoes of Santorini are moderately active. There are some other places of interest also like the black beaches of Kamari which is quite famous. You can also go for a short boat ride. There are also many archaeological sites which you can visit.

This is the perfect family vacation spot and you can have a great time with your family here.

Stromboli Volcano:

Stromboli is situated in Italy. This island is present in the Mediterranean Sea and belongs to the Aeolian Islands (a group of volcanic islands). There is a small town situated at its base in spite of the fact that Stromboli is still quite an active volcano. Tourists can stay in this town when they visit this place.

There are guided tours in case you are the adventurous type and want to get to the top of the volcano. Others can visit the Sciara del Fuoco, where an active volcano send out magma into the sea. You can take a guided tour for visiting this place too.

It is quite a thrilling experience to see smoke coming out of the crater. Those who love adventure will love this view. The atmosphere here is different and electrifying and you will have a great time here.

Shiprock Peak Volcano:

This extinct volcano is situated in New Mexico. This place is especially for those who want to avoid the sulfur fumes which come out from the active volcanoes. The peak is situated on the Navajo Indian Reservation. You can get here by the tribal road. You have to get the permission if you wish to get closer to the peak. Climbing the mountain is prohibited.

You can only go till the base of this volcano. The peak is a part of the Four Corners Area tour. A small jeep trail along side the rock is also a great viewing experience.

Halema uma u Volcano:

This place is located on the main Hawaii Island. This is supposed to be the home of “Pele”; the volcano goddess. The volcano is present at the top of Kilauea which is a part of the Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. You will love this experience whether you are a seasoned hiker or an armchair traveler. There are many outlook platforms and there are about 150 miles of trail. Some of them are accessible through wheelchair.

In case you love biking, get in the volcanic sites through the Crater Rim Trail which is 11 miles. The trail leads to blackened basalt rock. They are then replaced by the flora of tropical rain forest.

There are plenty of non-volcano activities available here. You can enjoy a great vacation with your family here. In case you love adventure, or you love mountain climbing or you are an armchair traveler, a visit to a volcano is just the right thing for you. You can enjoy this exciting travel with your whole family!

Are you one of those budding entrepreneurs who are planning to set up your own home business, or have already taken the plunge? Home business is considered one of the most profitable ways to do business. However, it does need some guidance during the initial period to get a good start. And this is where home business coaching comes in. The requirements of a home business and a regular business are very different, and what works for the latter may not work for the former. Hence, there is a difference in both the coaching techniques. A home businessperson needs a coach who understands all his/her clients needs. Thus, home business coaching is designed according to individual needs.

Who is an ideal home business coach?

An ideal home business coach would be a person who is currently into home business coaching, and knows all that is required to make a home business successful. Someone who used to be into home business coaching years ago would not be a suitable candidate, as the nature of conducting business has changed a lot in the past decade. Thus, a person who is not in touch with the present business world would not be cognizant of the new techniques required to ensure the success of the business.

A home business coach should be willing to work and coach you on a one-on-one basis. Also, the coach should help his/her client acquire all the core principles required to run a home business. Once you know these core principles, you can implement them at your own pace. Plus, it will also help you to do things independently, even when the coach is not around.

The most important thing is that the home business coach you hire should be someone who has expertise in your field of business. Just like you would not hire a swimming coach to teach you to skydive, thus you should hire a coach according to your needs. Ideally, he or she should be someone who has been in the same field and therefore knows all the risks and the potential involved, and thus be able to guide you to avoid all the pitfalls.

Of course, there are some common factors that are taught to every entrepreneur, whether in regular or home business, such as team management, organizational skills, time management, business strategies and leadership skills. The coach also challenges personal assumptions, which result in the client continuing to do things that are not working, often failing to see the solutions to problems, which are quite apparent.

Inculcating leadership qualities is another very important aspect that should be looked into while choosing a home business coach. Home entrepreneurs often find making the transition from being the person who has created the service or product, to the person who takes charge of the company. A coach can help such entrepreneurs to create and communicate business plans, assign responsibility to others, and devise a long-term strategy.

Home-based business coaching is an unlicensed profession, which means that almost anyone can call herself or himself a coach. Hence, when searching for a coach, it is advisable to look for experience, coaching techniques, and the assessment methodologies he or she has. The aim of any coach is to make his/her client more resourceful and confident. A good coach will evaluates the strong and weak points of the client and use appropriate techniques to eliminate the weaknesses while honing the strengths.

Numerous studies have been conducted to see if the anecdotal claims of women about their silicone implants were verifiable by scientific evidence. These studies have found localized risks associated with all breast implants, but no conclusive evidence to support the claims against implant manufacturers as noted above. Many studies conducted by the Institute of Medicine and other experts have found no connection between implants and the diseases claimed by so many women.

The FDA has conducted a study where they conclude that extra capsular silicone (from a ruptured implant) can be associated with fibromyalgia. The study relied on a survey of 344 women who filled out surveys asking about their symptoms. Women who reported they had the symptoms were then checked to see if their implants had ruptured. Based on the women reporting symptoms and having ruptured implants, the study assumed a connection.

Unfortunately, that is how the plaintiffs prevailed in numerous lawsuits, with no evidence of a cause and effect, just a demonstration of coincidence. More recent studies have also found that women with implants are more likely to commit suicide and more likely to have certain brain cancers. These women might also be more likely to skydive, ride mechanical bulls and bark at the moon but none of the studies showed a cause and effect, just coincidence. Studies have found no link between implants and breast cancer, other than the fact that implants can interfere with detection because of interference with mammography.

Prior to the FDA approval on November 17, 2006, silicone gel breast implants were not available for general use and?women could only obtain silicone breast implants as part of an FDA-sanctioned study such as the Silicone Adjunct Study which is now closed.

As of November 17, 2006, women aged 22 and over qualify for the silicone gel breast implants manufactured by Mentor Corp. and Inamed. Not all silicone gel breast implants made by these manufacturers have been approved. According to Mentor’s website, eligibility is as follows: Mentor MemoryGel Silicone Gel-Filled Breast Implants are indicated for females for the following uses:

Breast augmentation for women at least 22 years old. Breast augmentation includes primary breast augmentation to increase the breast size, as well as revision surgery to correct or improve the result of a primary breast augmentation surgery.

Breast reconstruction. Breast reconstruction includes primary reconstruction to replace breast tissue that has been removed due to cancer or trauma or that has failed to develop properly due to a severe breast abnormality. Breast reconstruction also includes revision surgery to correct or improve the result of a primary breast reconstruction surgery.

Mentor’s silicone gel-filled breast implants, referred to as MemoryGel products, come in a variety of profiles and sizes. Mentor’s Lumera and Becker gel implants were not approved at this time. Get specific details on the available implant sizes, shapes, etc. in our manufacturer’s section

The current name “gummy bear” is given by many patients and doctors to implants that are “form-stable”. This means that they are so cohesive, that they are more a solid than a liquid. These form-stable implants have the purpose of making a longer lasting implant that maintains a more attractive and predictable shape. As such, the gel is less liquid-like and more solid-like than even today’s other cohesive silicone gel implants.

Silicon is the second most abundant element in the earth’s crust, comprising around 28% of it. It is not found in its elemental form but occurs mainly as oxides and silicates. In contrast to carbon, silicon-silicon bonds are uncommon. Natural silicon-carbon bonds are extremely rare but they can be created synthetically.

Silica is a three dimensional network of silicon dioxide, most commonly encountered as sand. Silica exists in crystalline and amorphous forms. Silica is chemically resistant at ordinary temperatures but can undergo a variety of transformations at high temperatures (greater than 500CC) and pressures. The industrial production of amorphous silica requires temperatures of 500CC and much higher temperatures are required to produce crystalline silica.

The prolonged inhalation of crystalline silica dust is associated with silicosis. Amorphous silica is much less pathogenic than crystalline forms.

Conversion of amorphous to crystalline silica cannot occur at body temperature. High purity amorphous silica is used as a reinforcing agent to increase the tear resistance of silicone rubbers used in medical devices and implants.

Silicones are synthetic polymers and are not therefore found naturally. They have a linear, repeating silicon-oxygen backbone akin to silica. However, organic groups attached directly to the silicon atoms by carbon-silicon bonds prevent formation of the three-dimensional network found in silica.

These types of compound are also known as polyorganosiloxanes. Certain organic groups can be used to link two or more of these silicon-oxygen backbones and the nature and extent of this crosslinking enables a wide variety of products to be manufactured. The most important materials used in medical implants are fluids, gels and rubbers (elastomers) whose physical and chemical properties include, amongst others, a high degree of chemical inertness, thermal stability and resistance to oxidation.

Silicone fluids (oils) are usually linear chains of polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) which have a wide range of chain lengths and molecular masses. Cyclic polydimethylsiloxanes also occur and are important intermediates in the manufacture of the linear chain fluids. They are virtually insoluble in water.

Silicone gels have lightly cross-linked polysiloxane networks, swollen with PDMS fluid to produce a cohesive mass. The PDMS fluid is not chemically bound to the crosslinked network but is retained only by physical means, as water is in a sponge, and there is a tendency for the fluid to “bleed”. The degree of cross-linking and amount of fluid affects the physical properties of the gel and the rate at which fluid “bleeds” from it. Once suitably cross-linked, silicone gels retain their form without external containment.

Silicone elastomers are extensively cross-linked and contain little free PDMS fluid. The barrier coating of breast implant shells is a special silicone elastomer which is selected specifically to minimise migration of PDMS from the implants. The tensile strength and tear resistance of silicone elastomers may be increased by addition of amorphous silica which is usually pre-treated with organosilicon compounds to enable it to be tightly incorporated into the polymer network.

The Doctor Who Had Everything

While scanning the information on the Titusonenine blog, I recently read a post entitled “A Bout With Addiction, for the Doctor Who Has Everything” that captured my interest. According to the post, Dr. G. was an anesthesiologist who became addicted to drugs. After entering a drug rehab clinic, unfortunately, he never returned to his medical practice.

The Need for Excitement

Dr. G’s story was interesting for a number of reasons, but at a very basic level of analysis the problem was clear. To everyone else, Dr. G. had everything: power, financial resources, prestige, position, and respect and admiration from others. Apparently, however, there was one thing that Dr. G. didn’t have: excitement–something thrilling that would add zest to his life. Unfortunately, Dr. G. looked to drugs to provide the “high” his life was lacking. Apart from the unfortunate reality that Dr. G. never returned to his profession, there is something else that leaps out from this story that needs to be articulated.

Healthy Excitement Boosters

There is virtually an endless supply of healthy “excitement boosters” in our society that Dr. G. could have sampled. He could have planned ahead and made reservations to go to the World Series, Super Bowl, Kentucky Derby, Wimbledon tennis championship, NCAA college football championship, Masters Golf tournament, Indy 500, or to the “final four” in college basketball. He could have traveled throughout the world visiting his favorite places. He could have purchased a boat that would have allowed him to spend quality time fishing or cruising on his favorite lake. He could have learned how to play a musical instrument. He could have gone “back to his roots” by visiting where his parents or grandparents came from.

To add to these “fun generators,” Dr. G. could have started a hobby that he has been passionately interested in since he was a youth. Based on his musical tastes, he could have made arrangements to see his favorite groups or artists perform live and in concert. He could have learned how to snow ski, water ski, or ride a motorcycle. He could have set aside time each year to attend his favorite operas and performances by the best orchestras in the world. He could have learned how to fly a plane. He could have purchased season tickets for his favorite professional sporting events. He could have taken adult education classes for a subject matter that he has been passionately interested in since he was a young adult.

If even more options were needed to satisfy Dr. G’s need for excitement, he could have learned how to skydive. He could have researched a special topic in his profession that he didn’t have time for earlier in his career. He could have taken ballroom dancing classes. He could have purchased a motor home and traveled with other sightseers to various locations throughout the country. He could have become a “big brother” to troubled youth. He could have pursued political aspirations that he placed on hold for many years. He could have created a special garden retreat in his backyard. In a word, Dr. G. could have involved himself in an unlimited number of healthy activities that would have added more meaning and excitement to his life.

The Denial of Addiction

Instead of using his intellect and creativity to add “natural,” healthy “highs” to his life, Dr. G. took the course of least resistance that eventually led to his downfall. Ironically, moreover, Dr. G. was a member of the one profession that is most intimately associated with prescriptions and with the effects and side effects of drugs, namely medicine. Perhaps Dr. G. thought that his “special” medical knowledge would enable him to rise above and avoid the damaging effects of drugs. If so, then Dr. G. was in denial and out-of-touch with the realities of addiction. In the final analysis, however, Dr. G. should have known better than to involve himself in the negative spiral of drug addiction.

Conclusion

There are three main messages to be learned from Dr. G’s story. First, addiction to drugs or alcohol is an equal opportunity destroyer that affects all races, people from all occupations, religions, nationalities, socio-economic groups, and from all political parties. In a word, if an anesthesiologist can become addicted to drugs, virtually anyone can. Second, whoever is not involved in drug abuse or drug addiction should continue refraining from this destructive habit. And third, whoever is abusing drugs or addicted to drugs should get professional help as soon as possible.

Among other things you can hike in the mountains, stay in a castle, learn to skydive, go diving and more.

Take the Family

Take the family on an activity packed week in the Sierra Aitana, a mountain region near Alicante. Parents and children can go mountain-biking, sea kyaking, abseiling and caving. No experience is required.

Stay at an attractive farmhouse overlooking olive groves and orchards near the village of Sella. You can do a new activity or excursion each day – a ferry trip to the small fortified island of Tabarca, a walk led by a local shepherd and his goats, chances to savour traditional village life, helping to pick fruit and press olives.

Stay in a Castle

Head for the hills, forests and Medieval towns of the Gerona area of catalonia.

One of the finest palaces to stay in is the four-star Castell d’Emporda, a beautifully restored 14th century castle, with towering views over the surrounding countryside.

Relax

Formentera is a laid-back island only a half hour boat ride from Ibiza. It has sugar-white sand beaches lapped by clear turquoise waters and a few flat roads where you can ride a rental bike to explore a salt lagoon, a nature reserve and a hippy market. The susets are not to be missed.

Learn to Skydive
You can skydive after only two days’ training. Jumping out of a moving aircraft is a thrilling heart-in-the-mouth experience. Jumping 12000ft and free-falling solo for 90 seconds over the foothills of the Pyrenees , a glorous mountain scenery. The two days of skydiving – ground training, tandem jump then solo jump. There are also three days of ground-based activities including mountain biking, canoning and white water rafting.

Go Diving
Scuba-divers can dive just off the coast at L’Estartit, on the Costa Brava. The Illes Meded is a string of islands that are home to about 1400 species of marine and plant life. It has been a conservation area since 1985 and is an are ideal for first time divers.

In the United States there are many experienced skydivers with hundreds or thousands of jumps. Usually, an experienced skydiver owns his gear and his parachute and prepares his gear on his own for the jumps. The enthusiasts jump every weekend and whenever they have spare time. Here is what jumping is like:

    * The first thing to do is packing the parachute and checking it.

    * This is followed by the AAD (automatic activation device) set and check.

    * The skydiver puts on his jumping gear and his parachute and is checked by another skydiver for the straps and rig to be well set.

    * The skydivers embark on the plane. The number of the skydivers that can jump at the same time depends on the size of the airplane.

    * The jump altitude is reached. The most common jump altitude is 10 000 feet and gives the skydivers a 45 seconds free fall before opening the parachute. The altitude varies and can go as high as 16 000 feet providing 75 seconds of free fall. Above this altitude, the skydivers would need supplemental oxygen.

    * After reaching the jump altitude, the plane lines up with the jump site and the skydivers take the leap.

    * In the first ten seconds, the jumper accelerates and reaches the speed of 120 mph. after this point of terminal velocity, he is in free fall.

    * The parachute is deployed at around 2500 feet by a drogue parachute.

    * The parachute is than steered to line up with the landing site and the skydiver lands.

The tandem jump

For the first timers, the best and most popular way to take a leap is the tandem jump. This procedure requires for the student to leap from the plane strapped to his instructor and fall with the instructor’s parachute (which is big enough to carry both your and the instructor’s weight and is controlled by the instructor).

Believe it or not. skydiving has been around for hundreds of years. Some historians even trace the first parachutes back to China in the 1100s. That’s a long distance. in years and miles. away from skydiving San Diego. But if you are in the southern California area and want to do some San Diego parachuting. it’s good to know you have history on your side.

The modern history of skydiving began at the end of the 18th century. when stunt performers in France first began doings jumps out of hot-air balloons. It wasn’t long after the invention of the airplane that people got the idea to leap out of that. Skydiving. skydiving school. and the aircraft to support the sport really took off after World War II.

Then Raymond Young. the famous founding father of the sport. came up with the term “skydiving.” and its become a fun and famous. and for some people profitable. pastime ever since. Skydiving school and commercial jump sites opened all over the United States. and the world. California is no different. To skydive in San Diego. you have a wealth of nearby options. as well as options up the coast.

To stay local in southern California. though. you’ll want to first check out these spots for skydiving San Diego. Some of San Diego parachuting opportunity is just right outside of the city.

Pacific Coast Skydiving. for instance. is just 20 miles south of the San Diego airport. They specialize in tandem beginner jumps. but they also have room on the aircraft for fun jumpers as well.

Skydive San Diego does just that. giving you the prime chance to skydive in San Diego. You can’t beat the scenery either. with clear views of Mexico and the Pacific.

Of course. don’t feel limited by the confines of the San Diego metropolitan area. Skydiving lessons and jumps can be had from San Jose to Sacramento. Fresno to Frisco. no matter if you’re a beginner looking for your first tandem ride or an old-hat looking for jump number 1.001. After all. California is right at home with extreme sports like skydiving. surfing. skateboarding. and rock
climbing. You name it. Californians do it.

I like chasing all storms. I’d like to see and film what the eye of a hurricane looks like from up in the sky. I like to see cloud characterestics of the storm.

actually, the eye is the safest part to be in a hurricane, so I’d say yes…go for it. You just don’t want to try it on the outside, or edge of the hurricane. You should be perfectly safe otherwise.
